A hospitality leader with over 20 years of experience across luxury hotels, Shikha specialises in commercial strategy, brand positioning, and team leadership. She currently heads Services at The Camellias. Previously, she held senior leadership roles with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hyatt Centric New Delhi, Andaz Delhi, and Park Hyatt Chennai.

Harinder Kishore

The Magnolias

With over 28 years of experience in luxury hospitality operations, Harinder has built deep expertise in hotel operations. A postgraduate of the Indian Institute of Hotel Management, she began her career with ITC Hotels and went on to hold senior roles at The Claridges, Shangri-La Eros, and The Leela Ambience Hotel & Residences, Gurugram. In her current role, she steers Services at The Magnolias.

He has held senior roles with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La, The Imperial New Delhi, and ITC Hotels, consistently delivering operational excellence, strong performance, and brand growth.

She previously served as Director of Rooms at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Mauritius, and held senior roles at Max Healthcare. She began her career with Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, and Hyatt Regency Delhi.
